Bid approved for Song Hill Lane

In May the Phelps Town Board approved the bid presented by Pitlik & Wick. It was to build the middle section of the Conover-Phelps Trail. It came in under the estimated $500,000 cost of the project. Still to be dealt with –  wet weather and upcoming USFS logging sales. Check this page for updates!
