Construction on Song Hill section begins
Construction has begun on the 5.5 mile middle section of the Conover-Phelps Trail. Pitlik & Wick has been contracted to complete the trail section. Bid approved for Song Hill Lane
In May the Phelps Town Board approved the bid presented by Pitlik & Wick. It was to build the middle section of the Conover-Phelps Trail. It came in under the estimated $500,000 cost of the project. Still to be dealt with – wet weather and upcoming USFS logging sales. Check this page for updates!
