Conover-Phelps Trail Open for the Season

On September 7, 2023, the Towns of Conover and Phelps received a donation from Great Headwaters Trails. The monies were part of the proceeds from the Ride with Leinie event held on the Conover-Phelps Bike Trail also known as the C-P Trail. $17,000 was raised from the event and $5,000 was given to each town.…
